Please read the following information before placing your order. How does it work? You simply send us your precious images and we do the rest. We can zoom, shrink, crop, and change the color to black & white, sepia (a brownish color which looks beautiful with brown Swavorski Crystal or brown beads), or leave them in color. Then we permanently seal them into the piece of your choice. Your original photo will be returned to you with your completed order. Which picture should I use? Simple ~ your favorites. Photos that capture that special moment in time. Your sleeping new baby, an athlete, your mom, your daughter, or your passed on loved one. Your childs work of art, your wedding day, your four legged best friend, your son, or the flowers in your garden. The best photos are clear, focused, and sharp. If you would like two people in your piece it’s best if their faces are close together as we can not move them closer. We also can take that one perfect face from a group shot, jut let us know. Good clear communication is key. How do I get my photos to you? |

| There are two ways to get your photos to us. You can print out the order form and mail them to us in a photo safe mailer or in sturdy cardboard. Your original photo will be returned with your purchase. I can not however be responsible for lost or damaged mail. I recommend making a copy of a family heirloom photo before mailing it. Any drug store or department store with a photo shop will offer picture maker koisk. Standard photocopy images will not work as they do not reproduce strong images. Or you can email them to us. Please be sure to place your full name in the subject line of the email. Again, good communication is very important.
This is a gift, how long will it take to receive my purchase?
Under normal circumstances, about 15 business days from the time your photos and payment are received. We ship USPS Priority Mail with confirmation and UPS Ground Shipping is also an option. If you need your jewelry sooner please just let us know and we’ll try our best to accommodate your needs. Please understand that Mother’s Day, Valentine's Day and from Thanksgiving to Christmas are extremely busy times. Ordering early is highly recommend as each piece is handcrafted by me.
Will you gift wrap?
Every piece of our jewelry is placed amongst shimmer in a shiny silver box. Our company info is placed on top of the box in plum and silver. Then the box is wrapped with plum and silver satin ribbon. Very pretty ~ Perfect for giving or recieving. What does Shipping cost? All jewelry ships through USPS Priority Mail with Confimation. UPS will be occasionaly used which includes tracking & insurance. Shipping for the first jewelry item is $5.25 Second jewelry item ships for FREE! Each additional jewelry item after 2 ships for only $2.25 each. What do you accept for payment? A Moment In Time Jewelers accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and echeck through paypal. If you don't have a paypal account it's not neccessary to open one in order to pay through paypal with credit card or checking account. A Moment In Time Jewelers also accepts money oreders. No personal checks please. Your payment information is secure. All credit card transactions are processed on a secure server.
Do you have a return policy?
Because each piece is unique and one of a kind we are not able to accept returns. Every piece is made by hand with love, every piece is a work of art, and slight differences are to be accepted. However, if you are not satisfied with your items please contact me and I will do my best to fix the problem. My goal at A Moment In Time Jewelers is to create for you a beautiful meaningful piece of jewelry. It’s very important to me that you are pleased. Thank you! |
